HOW WE WORK

Our services are customized based on our clients’ needs. Below is a generalized outline of how we typically provide our services. Our service area includes, the Hamptons / Eastern Long Island, and Westchester County, New York.

Screening: Owner provides us with basic information about their home or building (size, type of heating system, water source, year built, time at location, history of building, windows, history of renovations, discuss specific complaints about homes performance).

Field Audit: On site inspections and testing (infrared scanning, blower door test, duct system test, power usage analysis, Insulation Inspection, Moisture evaluation, combustion appliance safety testing.

Prepare Deficiency Report: Analyze data from field audit and decide which
improvements make the most financial
sense (SIR: Savings to Investment Ratio)

Prepare Scope of Work: After owner
agrees on which improvement are worth
investing in we will prepare the scope of work
and bid packages for all respective trades.

Job Site Supervision / Field Inspections and Testing: It is critical that the home is tested
before and after improvements are made to insure the safety of the home.

Ongoing Support: calendar reminders, maintenance schedule, service agreements
(change batteries in detectors, cleaning mechanical equipment, test air and water,
change filters)
